It's Here!!!

It's Here!! It's Here!! My computer is FINALLY here!! I now no longer have to update ANYTHING on my phone if I don't want to and I can type as much as I want to in this space. After a loooooooong 2 1/2 months of my computer being gone and waiting for a new one to arrive TODAY was the day!!! I was actually supposed to go to the Ohio State Fair today and in looking at the weather last night, we decided we didn't want to get stuck in the rain and thunderstorms so we postponed the trip until tomorrow. When I woke up I didn't see rain. I still didn't see rain this afternoon. It's now past dinner time, and you guessed it, no rain! However, I have seen the positive side of this - I would not have gotten my computer unless I was home and someone was sending me a good message to tell me to stay home and boy, am I glad I did!!! Look forward to many more posts from me! Hope you all had a great day - rain or shine!

new phone equals new technology. i finally got hip to the touchscreen phone era and although its no i-phone, i am having fun with it and i am hoping to be more tech savvy because of it.

This weekend I have been resting up for several reasons. One being that my throat is hurting and my tonsils are more swollen then normal but no need to worry...I have been gargling with salt water and drinking lots of fluids. Two, because I have 4 long days of work this week which entails early mornings and late evenings of fishing, SunWatch Indian Village, Cinci Childrens Museum and the pool. Between this summer heat and working with the kids I am wore out at the end of the day. And last but not least...I leave for SPEC on Friday. SPEC is a sports/church camp out in Iowa that is a TON of fun but it will be another round of really early mornings and really late nights for a week. In the end, my job and SPEC is WORTH it all!! Its been seven months since my last post and a lot has happened. I won't go into all of the details because you would be reading for an eternity but its been good stuff, bad stuff, fun stuff, busy stuff and everything else in between. I mainly stopped blogging because Mark and I have made some sacrifices (since I took a part time job) and we cancelled our internet and then my computer was recalled and I had to send that back and here I am...still waiting for my computer. Lucky for you though, I can blog from my phone. So after a long seven months, I would like to welcome you back and I hope you stick around with me for some more good stuff, bad stuff, fun stuff, busy stuff and everything in else in between.
