Bzzz....Agent and my first campaign

Guess what?? I'm a Bzzz Agent!! What's that you ask...well, I'll tell you.
A few years back I was once a Bzz Agent and then my computer crashed and I lost my login info and I just never went back. I did have the opportunity to try a Glade product (which I loved and bought plenty more of) but I never did anything else with it. But....I am happy to report that I now have a trustworthy computer and I am even more eager to be involved as a Bzz Agent because there are more social media outlets that I am a member of that will allow me to Bzz more people about the awesome things I get to try.

So here is everything you need to know:

What is BzzAgent? It's a word-of-mouth program that allows people like you and me to try a variety of products and services for FREE!!

What's a Bzz? It's what we all do everyday - communicate, talk, share our honest opinions about the product or service that we try with two or more people.

What do I, as a BzzAgent do? I get to try products and services and share my opinion about them with people I know (and people I don't know, like when I blog).

It's a great website, program and service that allows people like you and me to experience top brands, share thoughts about them, have live conversations with friends and family and others via Facebook, Twitter and blogs. I love that I get to try awesome products and my friends get to learn about the awesome products that I get to try (and they even sometimes send you coupons for your friends and families to have! The more I participate, the better the products I get to try. I say that's a sweet deal if I ever heard one!!

Best thing about it, is that it doesn't cost anything and it doesn't really take up that much of your time. You are already Facebooking and blogging and tweeting anyway, right? So why not actually get something out of it. You also get to sign up for campaigns that best fit you and things that you actually want to try - they never make you sign up for anything that you don't want to. Are you thinking that this is too good to be true?? Well, it's GREAT! And it's true so have I convinced you yet to become your own BzzAgent?

If so, head on over to BzzAgent and sign up...it only takes a few minutes.

I have just signed up for my first campaign and I am soooo excited to tell you about it. I get to try an 11X14 Meijer Gallery Wrapped Canvas Print for FREE!!! I'm really excited because Mark and I don't have too many really good photos of us in our home so I'm excited to be able to have this in our home!

I even have pass along coupons for my friends so that ya'll can transform your photos into works of art for 10% off! This coupon can be used for any sized Canvas Photo Print. It can also be combined with in-store promotions, but not with other discount coupons and it's valid from 11/27-12/31 - just in time for a great Christmas present for someone special. Leave me a comment if you would like a coupon!

I'll be sure to share with you all what the canvas looks like when I order it. Until then, I'll be bzzing!

tiny prints holiday campaign

My friend, Becky, over at Welcome to the Good Life sent me an email about a Holiday Campaign going on over at Tiny Prints. They offer bloggers 50 free holiday cards if you help them advertise. I was happy to jump on board because I have actually ordered from Tiny Prints before and just recently, I gave my boyfriend, Mark, a Thanksgiving card made from Tiny Prints and he was as impressed with it as I was!!! The website is soooo easy to navigate as well as the editing to make it personalized. The shipping was fast and I was so happy when it came in the mail.

I left a comment on Becky's blog telling her that she would more than likely be getting a childish Christmas card from me this year. Maybe this was her subtle way of telling me that she didn't want to receive something like that HAHA! So take a look at my favorites that she may now receive instead...

They have sooooo many awesome Holiday cards that it was even hard for me to narrow down my top five.
Which one do you love the most??

I hope other people are just as fond as I am as showing off Holiday cards that I receive. I have this little fiber optic tree that no longer works and instead of throwing it away, I have reused it as my card tree. I have clipped clothespin to the branches where I can hang the card on it. Take a look...I think it's a little rustic and homespun and cute if I do say so myself...

So head on over to Tiny Prints, check out their selection of Holiday cards and any other occasion that fits your needs!!

let's catch up!

Okay, so I think I'm back...back to regular postings that is. I took a small break, thinking I don't have anything good to say, but really, isn't blogging meant to be random??

So let me just catch you up to speed...

In the last post, I got my car back....and then 5 days later, it died again. This time it was only the starter so I am back on the road...good thing because I was able to get the rest of the ingredients for our Thanksgiving meal, and catch some sweet deals during some Black Friday and Small Business Saturday shopping.

Black Friday shopping for me, is a time when Mark and I just buy things for us. It's like a mini reward for having all of the Christmas shopping done for everyone else. This year, we were able to snag these awesome items:
I absolutely LOOOOVE Pyrex products!!
Mark needs something to do when the snow comes, right??
How could you not snag these at $5 bucks a pop
Plus, we scored some new headphones, a Blu-ray Player, memory foam bath rugs, and a new SD memory card for this beauty:

I am soooo super pumped about my new Fujifilm Fine Pix S3280 with 14 MP and 24X optical zoom!! Many people probably think that it's just a camera but what many people don't know about me is that I actually went to school for 2 years for Commercial Photography and I have been wanting to get back into it. I fell in love all over again with photography a couple of weeks ago so I couldn't wait to get my hands on this Black Friday steal. I was even the FIRST one to snag it and they only had five!!

Did you do any Black Friday or Small Business Saturday shopping??

Christmas came early

Christmas came early for me....

I HAVE MY CAR BACK!!!!!!!!

I haven't had my car since late June and now I finally can drive my little red rocket!! This is the greatest news for several reasons:

- I can post more blogs because I will be home earlier from work because I can leave when I want and not have to wait for anyone. HURRAY!!
- I can do more Pinterest crafts because I can actually go buy what I need
- I can eat! I can finally go grocery shopping whenever I want
- I can get back to thrift store shopping. YAY!!
- And the greatest one of all, I can get back to doing more road trips

I hope everyone had a great weekend. I know I did. I was at the greatest place in the world with some of the greatest people in my life!

J

the last 10 days

I apologize for my 10 day hiatus but work and relying on others to pick me up from work is really taking a toll on my blogging. Just a brief catch-up on what I have been doing/done in the last 10 days:
- found an engine
- took 8 of our teen/junior youth to Kings Island for Halloween Haunt
- took two trips to Wal-Mart for work to get 96% of our uniform order completed
- started working on my sr. high retreat class
- taught a lesson in expanding your comfort zone
- watched a 95 minute video on Poverty and Sargent Shriver
- attempted my one year self-evaluation
- chatted with three college friends I haven't talked to in awhile
- received some awesome FREE stuff in the mail
- ordered $21.77 worth of cards and only paid $4.66
- ordered Mark's Christmas Eve gift
- took an inventory of Christmas gifts I have for the family and realized that I only need to purchase one more gift for my niece and nephew and sister. I still have to get my brother-in-law a couple things and of course I always have to wait to get things for Mark (he is pretty sneaky). I imagine that I will be COMPLETELY done in two weeks!!
- i addressed envelopes and stuffed donation letters for my sister's mission trip to Bolivia next year
- watched laundry pile and dishes pile up
- was home alone for 7 of these 10 days
- planned lessons for the next couple of weeks
- prepared a donation letter for work
- clipped a million and one coupons

Obviously this isn't EVERYTHING that I have done; there is probably 100 more things I could have told you, but to save you from being here all day, I didn't. I hope to be back up and running (car and all) by mid-week!!! Thanks for bearing with me and I can't wait to get back to my normal routine and postings.

J
